    directions: mix the contents in a 1 gallon jar with apple cider vinegar preferably organic let it marinate from 4 to 8 weeks at minimal the longer the better. Drain the contents and take one to 2 tablespoons per day, which will equate to 128 to 256 servings per gallon jar. If you feel a sickness coming on, you may decide to take more. Refrigeration is not necessary, but would probably prolong the life.
